Driven by passion, defined by Landscape

My work is rooted in a deep passion for gardening and the creation of landscapes that leave a lasting impression. In hospitality environments, every detail contributes to the guest experience, spaces must not only look exceptional, but perform consistently over time. Through thoughtful design and considered planting, I create landscapes that are both visually striking and practical to maintain, ensuring they continue to captivate guests day after day.

Where Details define the Experience

In a restaurant where guests may spend hours, attention to detail becomes essential. With time to observe their surroundings, even small imperfections become noticeable.
The outdoor space is an extension of the restaurant and deserves the same level of care as the interior. Clean, precise landscaping such as the sharp edging around this round Mondo grass flowerbed creates a polished, intentional impression that enhances the overall guest experience.

Built from the Ground Up

Every exceptional landscape I’ve worked on has taught me the same lesson, it all starts beneath the surface. When soil is carefully prepared and truly alive, it creates the foundation for long term health, allowing plants to establish deep roots, grow with stability and develop their full character over time.

Discover what lies beneath the Surface

In my experience, every garden holds a story beneath what is immediately visible. By observing its structure, plant choices and the way spaces connect, you begin to understand how it was originally conceived.

Often, time softens or obscures that vision. The process is not to replace it, but to carefully uncover and re-establish the original idea, bringing the garden back to its intended balance, character and purpose.

 Designing living Environments

Raw Rainforest Pathway

When I first encountered the existing rainforest track, it was raw and undefined, shaped only by passage and time. It offered direction, but not clarity. By carefully reshaping its alignment and working with the natural contours, I was able to refine the path without losing its connection to the landscape.

Defining the Pathway

A pathway through raw rainforest begins with restraint. Natural contours are respected and materials are selected to sit quietly within the environment. The result is an immersive journey that feels untouched, allowing the landscape to lead and reveal itself over time.

A dining experience within the Landscape

Set within the rainforest, the dining space is shaped by the balance of the four elements, earth, water, fire and air. The grounding presence of natural materials, the movement of water and the warmth of fire create an atmosphere that is both intimate and immersive, transforming dining into a sensory experience
